How Convoys works

What Convoys is, how a day in the game goes and where the money comes from and goes.

Convoys is a courier company game on Robinhood Chain. You run a small fleet: you buy vehicles, hire couriers, pair them into crews and send the crews out on real city streets. Every drop they make pays gold, the score of the game. Players who spend CONVOY on their fleet also take part in the live share, a stream of CONVOY from a shared pool, split by how much each player has put to work.

These docs explain every part of it: how a shift runs, what wears out, where each CONVOY goes, how the share is worked out and what you can check for yourself.

A day in the game

    Get your crew
    Every new account gets a bicycle and a rookie courier for free. They are yours from the first minute.

    Send them out
    A shift lasts 6 hours. Watch the crew work the route on the live map. Each drop pays gold, and some are tipped. See Shifts and drops.

    Get the pack
    The trial lasts 1 day. The one-time pack (0.0015 ETH in CONVOY) keeps your crew running and opens the shop, the live share, the season and withdrawals. See Getting started.

    Grow your power
    Crew bought with CONVOY that is still working is your power, at its list price. More power means a bigger slice of the stream while you are on a shift. Your earning boost sets how much of that slice you are paid.
  5. 5
    Claim your share
    The stream lands in your unclaimed balance second by second. Claim it whenever you like, then spend it or withdraw it.

Two currencies

Gold

  • Made on shifts, paid when a shift ends.
  • Your score in the season, and what pays a vehicle's one repair and builds your company.
  • Lives only in the game. It never turns into CONVOY.

CONVOY

  • The token. You deposit it, spend it in the shop, and can withdraw it.
  • Spending it fills the pool the live share is paid from.
  • The crew it buys is your power while it works, at the crew's list price.
