Gold
The score of the game: made on shifts, spent on levels, the company and a vehicle's one repair, never turned into CONVOY.
Gold is the game's score. It is made by delivering, it is what the season ranks by, and it is spent on a vehicle's one repair, on levels and on your company. It lives only inside the game: no price, no market, no way to turn it into CONVOY.
Where gold comes from
- Shifts. Every drop pays 10 gold, a tip adds 50 and a big tip 2,500, then your levels, intensity and the vehicle's condition adjust it. Gold is paid when a shift ends. Over its whole life a vehicle or courier is expected to pay about 150% of its gold price in gold. See Shifts and drops.
- Boosts. A shift boost adds 50% gold to shifts you start for a day, and the season pass adds 20% until the season ends. The highest running bonus counts, they do not stack, and the bonus is capped at 5,000 gold per account per day. A boost bought while one is running starts when that one ends, so it adds a day instead of overlapping, and the pass is bought once a season.
- Gold packs. You can buy gold with CONVOY, see below. Bought gold is not season score.
- An invite. A player who joins with an invite gets 250 gold with their pack. Also not season score.

Spending gold never lowers your place in the season. The board counts the gold you made this season, not the balance. See Seasons and Company, cosmetics and badges.
Buying gold
If you want more gold for repairs, levels or the company, you can buy it with CONVOY at 0.000001 ETH a gold (1,000,000 gold for an ETH), in four packs. You need the pack first.

Bought gold gives no power and no season score, and the whole price goes to the treasury: none of it to the live share pool, the season pot or the burn. The price is set in ETH and follows the CONVOY rate like the rest of the shop.
