Company, cosmetics and badges
Your name on the map: tiers, a look you can buy with gold and badges you earn on the road.
Your company is your name on the map and the boards. It has a tier that grows as you invest in it, a look you can buy with gold, and badges you earn by playing. None of it gives power, gold or a place on the season board. It is how you look, not how you earn.
Founding
Founding a company is free, and it is the first thing to do after the pack: the game opens a dialog for a name, one of the free logos and one of the free colours, and does not close it until you are done. Trial accounts cannot found one. You choose a home city afterwards on the company page.
Names
- 3 to 24 characters: letters, digits, spaces and the signs . & ' -
- Unique by its letters and digits, so "Kara Kartal Co." and "karakartal co" are the same name. Names are public.
- The game's own names, such as convoys, admin or official, and a short list of blocked words are refused. The team can reset a name that slips through.
- Renaming costs 2,000 gold, and twice as much each time you do it, up to ten doublings.
Value and tier
Every gold you spend on the company (renames, cosmetics, investing) adds to its value, and the value sets its tier. A higher tier unlocks dearer cosmetics. You can also invest gold straight into the company, from 100 gold, with no limit.

Cosmetics
A cosmetic is bought once with gold and worn for free. You wear one in each of four slots. Everyone sees them, and every slot starts with a free default. Dearer ones need a higher tier.

Other players see your colour on the map and in the feed, your trail behind your crew, and your effect at your tipped drops. Your own crew always keeps the orange pulse ring, so you can still find it. The Night and Chrome liveries in the shop are separate: they cost CONVOY, not gold.
Your public page
Every company has a public page at /company/<name>: its look, tier and value, home city, when it was founded, the badges it has earned, its drops and longest streak and its place in the current season. It shows no wallet, no balance and no progress on badges that are not earned yet. Company names on the boards and on the tracker link to it, and renaming makes the old address stop working.
Badges
Badges are earned, never bought. Each is a number about your account reaching a target: parcels delivered, days in a row, the fleet you built, seasons finished, company tier, players invited. These numbers only ever go up, so a badge you have earned stays. Each earned badge gives a title you can show next to your company name.
