Vehicles and couriers
The vehicles set the pace and the couriers set the tips, from the bicycle and the rookie to the armored truck and the titan.
A crew is one vehicle and one courier. The vehicle sets how many drops a shift makes and how often. The courier sets how often a drop is tipped. Both are used up by drops: when a vehicle or a courier has made all the drops in its life, it retires, and its partner is free to pair with someone new.

- Bicycle. Cheap to start, slow to pay back.
- Motorcycle. Quick hops across the district.
- ATV. Cuts through the back alleys.
- Minivan. A full day of doorsteps.
- Pickup. Takes what the minivan leaves behind.
- Box Truck. A warehouse on wheels.
- Cargo Truck. Curtains open, a whole street unloads.
- Heavy Truck. Four axles, no load too big.
- Armored Truck. The most drops per shift. Nothing gets lost.
"Shifts in a life" is at Normal intensity. Running Careful stretches a vehicle over more shifts and Push uses it up in fewer, see Shifts and drops. Vehicles also wear, see Wear, repair and scrap.

Swing is how far the tips a courier collects over its whole life usually stray from the average. A rookie's tips come in streaks, a titan's hardly stray at all. Couriers do not wear. They only run out of drops.
Match the courier to the vehicle
A vehicle drives its whole shift whatever its courier has left. A courier that runs out on the way stops there, and the drops after it pay nothing. A 0.0005 ETH rookie has 300 drops in its life: on a armored truck it is used up in the first shift, and the truck spends the rest of that shift, and its wear, for nothing. Each courier lasts about 6 shifts on the vehicle of its own price, so the pairs in the tables above (first with first, last with last) are the ones that work together.
The trucks
Above the pickup come four rigid trucks, up to the Armored Truck (1 ETH), each with its own courier, up to the Titan (0.9 ETH): 5,000 drops a shift and a tip on 90% of them. A truck lasts about 20 shifts whatever it costs, so a dearer truck is more drops at once, not a longer life. They work like every other vehicle and courier: the same gold for each ETH of the price (150% of the price over a life), the same repair, the same levels and their list price as power. Power still earns from the live share under the same cap: no account earns more than its share of the stream, however big its trucks are, see The live share.
Where your first crew comes from
The starter bicycle and rookie are free. They work like any other pair, with two differences: they cannot be scrapped before you have the pack, and when you scrap them they pay nothing, because they cost nothing. The pack's price becomes the power of the starter bicycle.
What a crew is worth
Each card in the shop shows the gold it is expected to make over its life, about 150% of its gold price when it runs at Normal intensity and full condition. That is gold, the score of the game. It is not a promise of CONVOY. The pack (0.0015 ETH) is the cheapest crew at list price: a 0.001 ETH bicycle and a 0.0005 ETH rookie.
