Power
1,000 PWR for each 0.0005 ETH of the list price of what you bought and is still working, at any CONVOY rate. Power sets your size in the live share.
Power, shown as PWR, is your size in the live share. It is simple on purpose: everything you bought with CONVOY that is still working counts for its list price, 1,000 PWR per 0.0005 ETH. Gold does not count. Time played does not count. Only what you bought and put to work.
What counts
| Bought | Counts as power | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicles and couriers | Their list price: a 0.001 ETH bicycle is 2,000 PWR, a 1 ETH armored truck 2,000,000 PWR | Until it retires or is scrapped |
| Level 3 (its CONVOY part) | Its list price | As long as that vehicle or courier works |
| The pack | Its 0.0015 ETH, 3,000 PWR on the starter bicycle | As long as the bicycle works |
| Shift boost, season pass | Their list price: a boost is 500 PWR | While they run, one of each at a time |
| Slots, auto-dispatch, skins, gold packs | Nothing | None |
| Gold and company cosmetics | Nothing | None |
Power does not follow the CONVOY rate. A bicycle is 2,000 PWR whether you paid 2,000 CONVOY for it when a CONVOY was 0.0000005 ETH or 500 CONVOY when it was 0.000002 ETH, so the same crew always counts the same, for whoever bought it and whenever. The rate only sets how many CONVOY a price in ETH costs at the moment you buy, see Prices.
Still working
A vehicle or courier counts as power if it has worked a shift that ended less than a day ago (or is on one now), or if you bought it less than a day ago, so a new crew counts from its first shift. Crew that sits in the garage stops counting a day after its last shift.
That is what stops power from being bought once and left idle. To keep your size you keep the crew busy.
One account, one power
Your power is the total of all your working assets. If you have several crews on the road at once, the stream pays your account once, with your whole power. It does not pay once per crew.
Power during the trial
The starter crew has no power until you buy the pack. The pack's price then becomes the power of the starter bicycle, which is why the starter bicycle cannot be scrapped before the pack.
What power does and does not do
- It sets your slice of the stream while you are on a shift. With no shift on the road you earn nothing from the stream, however much power you have.
- It is capped: no account earns more than 10% of the stream. See The live share.
- It is not the whole story of what you are paid: your earning boost sets how much of your slice lands in your unclaimed balance.
- It does not change what a shift pays in gold, and gold does not change your power.
You can see your own power in the garage and on the pool page.
